The focus is on the analysis and optimization of existing OER-related process models as well as the further development of quality standards, working methods and technical resources. The aim is to improve the quality, development intensity, availability and use of OER and thus to promote a coordinated OER ecosystem that is also effective beyond the religious education sector. The main objective of this sub-project is to provide scientific support for the overall FOERBICO project. It can be differentiated into a) Consulting: The project is optimized by linking it to scientific discussion and research. b) Monitoring: The current status of the OER work of the participating communities and the experiences, problem perceptions and development perspectives of the actors with regard to stronger networking and cooperation are surveyed and their changes over the course of the project are documented. c) Formative and summative evaluation

- Background: The project is part of the Project Network “Digital sovereignty as goal of teacher education” (DiSo-SGW) „Digitale Souveränität als Ziel wegweisender Lehrer:innenbildung für Sprachen, Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften in der digitalen Welt“ (DiSo-SGW)
- Basic Idea: Digital ethical sovereignty constitutes a central component of digital sovereignty (or digital literacy, digital competence), because AI, Big Data, VR, data security issues and personality rights imply a host of ethical challenges that young people must learn to deal with. The aim of the project is to support teachers (of the school subjects Religious Education and Ethics) to promote the digital ethical competences of their students. To this end, teacher training courses are developed and empirically tested. The focus of the project and the courses is on the topic of social media influencers (see also our YouTube-Video „Influencer als Thema des Religionsunterrichts“)
